Retirement Plan Loans Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Loans Specialist, the fully remote position will manage the inflow of loan and distribution requests, ensure timely processing, and provide exceptional customer service, with a preference for candidates located in the Central and Eastern time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inflow of overnight requests and ensure timely processing of loans and distributions
• Assist participants by navigating vendor websites to approve online requests and run necessary reports
• Resolve issues related to distribution and loan processing while maintaining relationships with multiple recordkeepers

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan documents
• Experience in a high-volume processing environment
• General understanding of plan document language for proper request handling
• Familiarity with recordkeepers such as Empower, Voya, and John Hancock is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
