Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee retirement, financial, and education benefits strategies for employees
• Develop communication strategies to engage employees in their financial wellbeing and benefit programs
• Lead the annual retirement audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience working with corporate retirement plans required
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and build collaborative partnerships
