Job Summary

To support client onboarding for retirement plans, the fully remote Retirement Plan Onboarding Specialist will assist new clients in the installation and transfer of their retirement plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Participate in calls with clients, financial advisors, and recordkeepers to facilitate efficient onboarding
  • Manage onboarding processes, including sending welcome emails, obtaining e-signatures on plan documents, and documenting client interactions
  • Utilize Workflow Management software to track onboarding progress and report to the sales team and management
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Familiarity with Pension Pro software is beneficial
  • Experience in customer service environments
