Retirement Plan Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager who will serve as the main daily contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather required plan information and ensure accuracy
• Manage ongoing client communication, conduct annual fiduciary reviews, and address specific client needs
• Oversee the completion and filing of required government forms and ensure timely corrections of plan errors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in the retirement plan industry
• Experience with retirement plan software platforms such as FTW and Pension Pro is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook and Excel
• Completion of the ASPPA RFP course or ability to complete it within one year
