Retirement Plan Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to gather necessary information for annual reporting
• Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings, including the IRS Form 5500

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL Regulations is preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment
