Retirement Plan Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting
• Review and reconcile 401(k) plans using Excel and administration software
• Prepare required government filings, including IRS Form 5500

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL Regulations preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and be a self-directed worker
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must meet work from home requirements, including a home office and high-speed internet
