A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist, a fully remote position responsible for administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary information from clients to prepare annual reporting
- Review client-submitted documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize administration software to complete 401(k) testing and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL Regulations preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and in a self-directed manner
- Must meet work from home requirements, including a home office and high-speed internet
