Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for retirement plan sponsors and investment advisors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist clients with day-to-day inquiries and compliance-related tasks
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services operations environment required
  • Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry; willingness to obtain relevant designations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
  • Experience with ASC software is a plus
