Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to gather information for annual reporting and prepare necessary government filings
  • Review client-submitted documents for accuracy and completeness, and reconcile plans using Excel and administration software
  • Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration and maintain proactive communication throughout the reporting process
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
