Retirement Plan Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy, and prepare required 401(k) plan government filings
• Utilize administration software for 401(k) testing and reporting, and educate clients on plan administration

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations preferred
• Adequate math and analytical skills
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment
