Retirement Plan Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing retirement plan administration and compliance, the full-time Retirement Plan Supervisor will oversee multiple projects, review complex Forms 5500, and lead less experienced staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex Forms 5500 and perform annual compliance testing for retirement plans
• Manage client communications and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to resolve client matters
• Train and provide feedback to less experienced staff, fostering a positive team environment

Required qualifications

• Degree or related experience in retirement plan administration
• 4+ years of applicable experience in the field
• Experience with Employee Benefits specific software
• Knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations pertaining to retirement plans
• Ability to articulate complex benefit information to clients and internal personnel
