Job Summary

To provide leadership and oversight, the fully remote Retirement Plan Team Lead will manage a portfolio of approximately 65-75 qualified retirement plans while mentoring a Retirement Plan Administrator and ensuring high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer a portfolio of qualified retirement plans, performing compliance testing and managing complex plan designs
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for the Retirement Plan Administrator, monitoring workflow and ensuring service standards are met
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering timely guidance on operational and compliance matters
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of full-cycle qualified retirement plan administration experience
  • ASPPA QKA designation required; QPA and/or CPC/CBS preferred
  • Strong expertise in non-discrimination testing and complex plan designs including PEPs and MEPs
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring retirement plan administration staff
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while managing multiple priorities
