Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plans Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct day-to-day operations of the retirement function, ensuring processes are documented and efficient
  • Manage employee retirement plan eligibility and audit human resources data
  • Assist in reporting retirement plan data and preparing documentation for audits
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ADP platforms is a plus
  • Experience in employee benefits, payroll, compensation, and retirement benefits is a plus
