Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plans Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct day-to-day operations of the retirement function, ensuring processes are documented and efficient
- Manage employee retirement plan eligibility and audit human resources data
- Assist in reporting retirement plan data and preparing documentation for audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ADP platforms is a plus
- Experience in employee benefits, payroll, compensation, and retirement benefits is a plus
