Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account & Client Consultant - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of defined contribution retirement plans and maintain proactive relationships with clients
- Act as a liaison between clients, financial professionals, and third-party administrators while resolving complex issues
- Lead client meetings, develop strategies for client satisfaction, and mentor new team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communication, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Retirement Plans and customer service
- Retirement Plan Fundamental (RPF) Certificate required (can be obtained after entering the role)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- QKA designation desired (can be obtained after entering the role)
