Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Compliance Administration Analyst (Retirement Plans).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer retirement plans and ensure compliance with plan documents and regulatory deadlines
  • Perform annual compliance testing and prepare necessary forms, including Form 5500
  • Communicate with plan sponsors and advisors to resolve compliance-related issues


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plans
  • 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience
  • Strong mathematical and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
  • Experience maintaining data security and following guidelines
