Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Compliance Administration Analyst - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer retirement plans and ensure compliance with plan documents and regulatory deadlines
- Perform annual compliance testing and prepare necessary forms, including Forms 5500 and 5330
- Communicate with plan sponsors and advisors to resolve compliance-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plans
- 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience
- Strong mathematical and Excel skills
- Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
- Experience maintaining data security and handling potential security threats
