Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Plan Compliance Administration Analyst - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce reporting to ensure goals are met and manage complex retirement plans
- Provide guidance on escalated issues, oversee team training, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Administer large plans, perform compliance testing, and prepare necessary filings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Plans Administration
- Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
- Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
- QKA or equivalent designation preferred
