Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Plan Compliance Administration Analyst - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce reporting to ensure goals are met and manage complex retirement plans
  • Provide guidance on escalated issues, oversee team training, and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Administer large plans, perform compliance testing, and prepare necessary filings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Plans Administration
  • Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
  • Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
  • QKA or equivalent designation preferred
