Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert for a plan compliance administration team, the full-time remote Retirement Plans Compliance Analyst will manage complex retirement plans, provide training and guidance to associates, and ensure adherence to regulations while improving workflow processes.
Key responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to monitor and meet service goals
- Administer large and complex plans, including compliance testing and filing necessary forms
- Lead and facilitate team training, onboarding, and project management to ensure operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Plans Administration
- Proficiency in mathematical calculations and Excel
- Ability to manage data security and adhere to guidelines
- QKA or equivalent designation preferred
