Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert for a plan compliance administration team, the full-time remote Retirement Plans Compliance Analyst will manage complex retirement plans, provide training and guidance to associates, and ensure adherence to regulations while improving workflow processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to monitor and meet service goals
  • Administer large and complex plans, including compliance testing and filing necessary forms
  • Lead and facilitate team training, onboarding, and project management to ensure operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Plans Administration
  • Proficiency in mathematical calculations and Excel
  • Ability to manage data security and adhere to guidelines
  • QKA or equivalent designation preferred
