Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients/plans and serve as the main contact for communications
- Educate clients on document provisions and plan operations while setting expectations for the implementation process
- Coordinate activities and ensure accuracy of data setup on internal systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years or more of retirement plan industry experience required
- Experience in high-touch, direct client service
- Basic MS skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel required
- ASPPA, NIPA, or CEBS credentials preferred
