Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients/plans and serve as the main contact for communications
  • Educate clients on document provisions and plan operations while setting expectations for the implementation process
  • Coordinate activities and ensure accuracy of data setup on internal systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years or more of retirement plan industry experience required
  • Experience in high-touch, direct client service
  • Basic MS skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel required
  • ASPPA, NIPA, or CEBS credentials preferred
