Retirement Plans Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing support to Lead Specialists, the full-time Senior Operations Specialist - Retirement Plans will manage trading requests, process plan transactions, and reconcile accounts in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and trade revenue sharing and suspense accounts while processing plan fee requests
• Execute distribution and loan processing, including reconciliations and incoming rollovers
• Handle system corrections, investment menu changes, and operational recordkeeping activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of retirement plans recordkeeping and/or operations experience
• Proficiency in Excel is required
• Experience with Relius or Omni systems is desired
