Retirement Reconciliations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Reconciliations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for trade settlement and ensure prompt reconciliation of transactions
• Collaborate with the ESOP administrative team for transaction posting and manage daily money transfer approvals
• Create and maintain written procedures while identifying process improvements to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent related experience
• 3-5 years of experience in retirement operations or a related area
• Knowledge of retirement and recordkeeping systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
