Retirement Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retirement plan clients and their advisors, building executive-level relationships
• Advise clients on retirement plan best practices and enhancements, ensuring high client retention
• Identify opportunities for growth and coordinate internal resources to ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan relationship management or consulting
• Strong working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL, and defined contribution plan operations
• Proven success managing high-value client relationships
• Experience with CRM/workflow systems such as Salesforce or PensionPro
• ASPPA/NIPA credentials preferred (RPS, QKA, QKC, APA, CPC or equivalent)
