Job Summary
Managing a team of Relationship Managers, the full-time Retirement Relationship Manager will enhance existing retirement business relationships, develop new revenue opportunities, and oversee a personal portfolio of retirement clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance and development of retirement business advisors
- Engage in career development for Retirement Relationship Managers and ensure effective use of CRM software for client communications
- Analyze and grow a portfolio of retirement plan clients, providing advanced financial solutions and proactively soliciting new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of financial services experience, including five or more years in a management role
- Minimum of eight years of retirement plan/ERISA experience
- Professional financial services accreditation(s) or advanced training such as QPA, CKA, CFP, CFA, CPA, CWS, or MBA
- Experience utilizing CRM software to manage sales opportunities and proven client service and sales abilities
