Job Summary
Supporting the onboarding team, the full-time remote Retirement Sales Activation Specialist will manage the setup and launch of new clients' 401(k) plans, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction while meeting performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to identify their needs and assist in establishing their 401(k) plans
- Meet monthly activation targets by managing client timelines and ensuring adherence to processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer escalations and improve the sales activation experience
Required qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly in 401(k) plans
- 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive follow-up skills to keep customers on track
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
