Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Sales Representative for Retirement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing deals to meet sales quotas
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and present tailored Paychex Retirement solutions
  • Utilize technology tools to track sales activities and collaborate with team members for lead referrals
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years of relevant sales or sales management experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Less than 1 year of relevant experience with Paychex and completion of required training programs
