Retirement Service Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain a detailed understanding of retirement plans and products
• Develop effective relationships with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and deliver client retention strategies in collaboration with the Relationship Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or working towards certification in industry-related studies program preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
