Retirement Service Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level consultative client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
• Resolve client inquiries and issues, ensuring service levels are met and client retention strategies are implemented
• Educate clients on plan features and capabilities, and develop effective working relationships with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or working towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations preferred
