Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and support for retirement plans, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Develop and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and company products to assist clients effectively
• Identify and resolve client issues while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or working towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations preferred
