Retirement Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plans and products
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams to resolve issues
• Educate clients on plan features and ensure compliance with service delivery commitments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, IRS regulations, and plan documents
