Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and expertise in retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level consultative client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
- Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
- Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
- Experience with financial services systems and retirement plans regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
