Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant responsible for providing client service to partners and plan sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plans and products
• Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
• Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and retirement plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
