Retirement Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level consultative client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
• Identify and resolve client issues, ensuring service levels are met and client retention is achieved
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to enhance the client experience and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or pursuit of certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
