Retirement Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant responsible for providing client service to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
• Resolve client inquiries and issues, ensuring service levels are met and risks are documented
• Educate clients on plan features and collaborate with Relationship Managers for client retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or pursuit of certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
