Retirement Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant responsible for providing client service related to retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
• Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
• Develop relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery and client retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
