Retirement Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and resolve inquiries related to retirement plans
• Maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and Ascensus products to assist clients effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams and Relationship Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
