Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and expertise in managing retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain detailed knowledge of retirement plans and products
• Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations is essential
