Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
• Resolve client issues and ensure service levels are met while developing effective relationships
• Communicate with clients regarding services and assist in managing vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations is essential
