Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plans and products
• Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
• Develop strategies with the Relationship Manager to enhance client retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and retirement plan regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
