Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level consultative client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and develop strategies for client retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
  • Certification or pursuit of certification in industry-related studies preferred
  • Experience with financial services systems and retirement plan regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
