Retirement Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level consultative client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
• Develop effective relationships with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure service levels are met
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding service delivery and assess their needs to recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and retirement plans, including ERISA and IRS regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
