Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level consultative client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and offerings
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues while ensuring service levels are met
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
  • Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies is preferred
  • Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of retirement plans and related regulations (ERISA, DOL, IRS)
