Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant responsible for providing client service and expertise in retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and company offerings
• Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met and client retention strategies are implemented
• Educate clients on plan features and deliver high-quality research and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge in the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or working towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
