Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and support for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plans and company products
• Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the Retirement Services industry or direct client experience preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations is preferred
