Retirement Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant responsible for providing client service and expertise in retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level consultative client service and resolve inquiries and issues
• Maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and Ascensus products to assist clients effectively
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery and client retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or progress towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
