Job Summary

Retirement Services Consultant, responsible for providing client service to partners and plan sponsors in a full-time remote position, focusing on managing retirement plans and delivering operational expertise to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
• Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
• Develop effective relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
• Certification or working towards certification in industry-related studies preferred
• Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations preferred
