Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Solutions Center Representative in Remote, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members
Interpret and apply changes to products and plans based on daily communications
Educate customers on various aspects of plans/contracts and provide solutions to problems

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred
One year of customer service experience in sales, banking, or financial-related roles
Must have a college degree or be able to obtain one by Spring 2024
Client will assist in obtaining necessary licenses/certifications/designations
