Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process 401(k) transactions including deferral changes, contributions, distributions, and loans accurately
- Respond to client and employee inquiries and resolve cases within service level agreements (SLA)
- Maintain case documentation and ensure data integrity while supporting compliance through audits and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or administrative support role
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and manage shifting deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Applications, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track, follow up, and deliver on multiple tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on clear communication and strong follow-through
