Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process 401(k) transactions including deferral changes, contributions, distributions, and loans accurately
  • Respond to client and employee inquiries and resolve cases within service level agreements (SLA)
  • Maintain case documentation and ensure data integrity while supporting compliance through audits and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or administrative support role
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and manage shifting deadlines
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Applications, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track, follow up, and deliver on multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on clear communication and strong follow-through
