Job Summary

Setting the strategic direction for training across Retirement Plan Services, the full-time salaried Retirement Training AVP will manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Set and execute the RPS training strategy to enable growth and operational excellence
  • Partner with leadership to assess capability gaps and align training investments with strategic initiatives
  • Lead the design and delivery of complex training programs, monitoring their effectiveness and optimizing impact
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in training or relevant Retirement Recordkeeping
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing large initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience working with leadership to drive execution
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable training plans
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills focused on measurable outcomes
