Job Summary
Setting the strategic direction for training across Retirement Plan Services, the full-time salaried Retirement Training AVP will manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the RPS training strategy to enable growth and operational excellence
- Partner with leadership to assess capability gaps and align training investments with strategic initiatives
- Lead the design and delivery of complex training programs, monitoring their effectiveness and optimizing impact
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in training or relevant Retirement Recordkeeping
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing large initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working with leadership to drive execution
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable training plans
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills focused on measurable outcomes
