Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return-to-Work Coordinator to facilitate the placement of injured workers in Transitional Duty assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations for Transitional Duty placements
• Identify suitable assignments that match injured workers' abilities and restrictions
• Coordinate placements and manage administrative tasks related to volunteer assignments

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
