Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return to Work Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact organizations to determine volunteer needs and maintain relationships with injured workers, employers, and insurance contacts
• Evaluate individuals' abilities and assign them to appropriate volunteer roles, preparing them for orientation
• Manage attendance and resolve any ongoing time tracking or performance issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Word and Google applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
